Bar Shift Leaders

We are building our team and need shift leaders who can lead the team through peak season and beyond!
About the role
You’ll be a savvy bar professional who can perform well under pressure and serve with a smile.
You’ll be responsible for the team, cashing off at end of each shift, and most importantly, the face of the venue you represent, whether that be the busiest bar on Hastings Street (Noosa Beach House), the iconic swim-up pool bar, or the chilled sunset cocktail bar overlooking Noosa River.
What are we looking for?
Experienced barperson with a proven record in outstanding customer service.
Leadership experience is not necessary, yet the desire to help and lead a team is essential. We believe in having fun and making sure our guests have the most memorable and enjoyable holiday.
We are seeking hard workers who truly enjoy working with people, colleagues, and guests alike.
