Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Reservations are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person. To arrange a transfer, please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event.
Any special requests, including dietary requirements, must be communicated at least 7 days before the event to ensure accommodations can be made.
All payments for these events are non-refundable.
Cancellations will not be refunded, but reservations may be transferred to another person if notified in writing at least 7 days prior to the event.
