Work with industry leaders to prepare local, seasonal produce across multiple in-house dining venues, including the upmarket Noosa Beach House Bar, fine dining Noosa Beach House Restaurant, banquets in our world class conference centre, relaxed pool side dining with Waters Edge, and in-room dining available.
Positions include: Stewards, Cook, Demi Chef, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Executive Chef
Requirements include:
-Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, nights and public holidays
-Relevant Commercial Cookery certificates may be required for specific roles
-Creativity and knowledge of current food trends
-Ensuring a seamless and efficient kitchen service, focusing on product quality
-Ensure compliance to Work, Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards
