Requirements include:
-Exceptional customer service and communication skills
-Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
-Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times
-Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures
-Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
-Ability to work a rotating roster and a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
