Positions include: Guest Service Agents, Guest Experience Agents, Reservation Agents, Concierge

 

Responsibilities will include:

– Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
– Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
– Exceptional communication and customer service skills
– Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service
– Opera Property Management System experience (highly regarded)
