Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is currently seeking a new member to join the fantastic Front Office Team full time. Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is one of Australia’s leading 5 star resorts with 176 rooms features award winning facilities and service offerings including the Noosa Beach House Restaurant & Bar.
We are in search for someone who has a positive demeanor, is professional and guest orientated to ensure that our guests are taken care of from arrival to departure.
In this role, you will assist with the arrival check in process of our guests, enquiries throughout their stay, check out and billing.
You will need to be across the Hotel’s facilities and services, including; hotel packages and specials and build rapport with both new guests and regular guests by maximising the use of guest history.
Previous proven strong experience in customer service is essential as well as total dedication to the guest’s journey and attention to detail.
Requirements:
-Maintain a positive and vibrant approach
-Professional nature that is passionate about the guest experience
-Experience with Opera or another Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded
-Previous experience in Hotels/ Hospitality is highly regarded
-Exceptional attention to detail.
-Be available to work across a 7 day a week operation, including morning and afternoon shifts
