If you’re craving seafood, our set menu is your perfect match. Think half-shell scallops finished in miso herb butter and coral trout crudo lifted by grapefruit and native finger lime. For mains, a whole butterflied rainbow trout takes centre stage, beautifully complemented by caramelised fennel and a verdant salsa verde. End on a note of indulgence with a spiced chocolate and hot cross bun ice cream sandwich, a playful twist on the classic.
